Hi Reader,

When I was running my event planning business, I kept telling myself, "I can manage my bookkeeping on my own."

Month after month, I'd push it off. The pile of receipts grew higher, the spreadsheets more confusing, and eventually it became so overwhelming I didn't even know where to start.

Let's be real: most coaches didn't start their business because they love spreadsheets, admin, or fiddling with tech. But without support, you end up spending most of your energy on everything but the work you're here to do.

I see it all the time: brilliant coaches with life-changing programs… stuck inside their inbox, spending hours formatting newsletters, or trying to figure out Canva.

That's why when I launched my coaching business, I hired my accountant from day one. I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice.

Here are just a few areas where strategic delegation can free up your time and help you grow:

  • Bookkeeping + Finances. Not your zone of genius? An expert can keep you organized, reduce stress, and help you make smarter business decisions.

  • Website + Branding. Your first impression matters. A designer can help you show up online in a way that feels aligned and accessible.

  • Marketing + Social Media. Stay visible without burning out. Delegate your content scheduling or engagement so you can focus on building relationships and conversations that convert.

  • Admin Support. Calendar chaos? Inbox overwhelm? A great VA can give you back hours every week.

  • Project Management + Accountability. This is where I come in. I help you turn your big ideas into strategic plans - and I stick with you through to the finish line.

If you're feeling stretched thin, it's not because you're doing it wrong. It's because you're doing too much alone.

✏️ Exercise: Find Your Biggest Time Drain

Here's a question from Dan Martell's Buy Back Your Time (the book I recommend most!):

"Think about your day. What's the biggest chunk of time you spend each week on something you hate doing, which just feels like work to you?"

Take a moment to really consider this. Is it:

  • Wrestling with tech that should be "simple"?
  • Chasing down administrative tasks?
  • Trying to stay on top of social media?
  • Managing your calendar and inbox?

Now ask yourself: What could you accomplish if you had those hours back each week?

Maybe it's more client sessions, developing that program idea, or simply having space to think strategically about your business growth.

As one of my clients, Robb Gilbear, put it:

"There are all sorts of things you can fill your days with as a coach. If you're not careful, you'll find yourself forever busy with tasks that neither fill you up nor move your business forward... It leaves little time for what you actually love: coaching.

Just because you can do something, it doesn't mean you should.

What's been most helpful for me is delegating things that are repetitive and clearly not in my zone of genius... One of the most impactful things I've done is hire Moriah to break my big ideas down into project plans that can be executed and to keep me accountable for bringing them to life."
