I'll never forget the moment Massimo said it.

We were wrapping up a call - one of those sessions where he'd been downloading his thoughts, soundboarding a big decision, and I'd been asking the kinds of questions that helped him see around corners. Right side: Operator Work

Managing tasks, chasing deadlines, moving projects forward - the work that keeps things running.

✍️ Next: List everything you did in the last 48 hours under each column.

Take a look. Which column is heavier?

If it's the Operator side, you're feeling it, aren't you? That's the bottleneck most visionary founders find themselves in - and it's exactly where a Chief of Staff steps in.
